Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking a Senior Engagement Lead - Technology with deep pharma dataset experience to drive data-driven business outcomes for clients in the pharmaceutical sector. You will lead end-to-end data management projects, integrating diverse data sources and delivering compelling visual analytics via Tableau and Power BI.

You will engage with clients to articulate requirements, design scalable data warehouse solutions, and ensure governance, security, and quality across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of pharma technology consulting experience, with at least 6 years in the U.S.
• Direct client interaction experience, gathering requirements and managing stakeholders.
• Proven ability to design enterprise data warehouse solutions from scratch.
• Hands-on ETL with Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Informatica.
• Familiarity with data pipelines/workflow tools: Azkaban, Luigi or Airflow.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL, Redshift, Snowflake, Hive and HDFS.
• BI leadership for dashboards with Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong data governance and data quality management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly learn business processes to craft technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data management solution projects for multiple clients across data engineering and BI technologies.
• Integrate multiple data sources into one visualization and collaborate on data flows for Tableau/analytics.
• Interact with customers to understand business problems and deliver analytics solutions.
• Understand data governance, quality, and security frameworks and integrate analytics with enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
