Job summary

ProcDNA in San Francisco is seeking an Associate Engagement Lead – Analytics to join our growing life sciences consulting team. You will analyze data, integrate sources, and develop data-driven solutions to help clients improve performance and manage risk.

The role emphasizes multi-project leadership, delivering IC reports, scorecards, and HQ reports with accuracy, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, with at least 2 years in the U.S. market.
• Strong educational background in engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Experience generating IC reports, scorecards, and HQ reports with accuracy and compliance.
• Skilled in identifying reporting needs and communicating findings to internal and client teams.
• Creative and analytical problem-solver with minimal supervision.

• Solution Development: Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement data-driven solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Data Quality and Benchmarking: Assist and support in establishing data quality benchmarks and implementing processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Client Collaboration and Support: Assist and support in aligning data initiatives with client goals by participating in meetings, gathering requirements, sharing insights, and providing technical support.
