Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a Manager, IndigoX Perform to shape how analytics informs planning, buying, and inventory across our brands. This hands‑on, high‑visibility role sits at the crossroads of business operations, data science, transformation, and enterprise enablement.

You will lead cross‑functional teams across transformation, brand, data science and technology to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, manage timelines, and promote adoption of new processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's preferred.
• 3–6 years of progressive experience in transformation, planning, or business operations in retail or consumer industries.
• Experience with process mapping and definition.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives involving technology or process transformation.
• Proficiency in project and change management methodologies (e.g., RACI, governance frameworks, enablement plans).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of business outcomes for IndigoX Perform initiatives for Indigo X MPIO across planning, buying, and inventory capabilities and analytics.
• Support workplan management, milestone execution, and stakeholder communications to ensure clarity and progress.
• Partner with business, GTS, and brand teams to define and operationalize future-state processes, analytics, and requirements that unlock capability, performance, and agility.
• Coordinate across transformation tracks and analytic products to ensure interdependencies are identified and managed effectively.
• Support brand adoption and implementation quality by supporting change management strategies, training, and brand stakeholder management.
