Job summary

Kennywood is seeking a Workforce Management Senior Supervisor to oversee the WFM team, scheduling, and reporting for park operations. You will backfill positions, coach staff, and partner with departments to optimize staffing while maintaining guest service standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in workforce management or HR, familiarity with Power BI/Quinyx, and strong communication skills within a fast-paced amusement park environment. On-site role in West Mifflin, PA.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of workforce management or HR experience preferred.
• Hospitality/amusement park experience a plus.
• Fluent English required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the workforce management team and backfill as needed.
• Lead scheduling and timekeeping for all park departments.
• Develop reports and scenarios to optimize staffing and operations.
• Support process improvements across departments.
