Kennywood is seeking a Workforce Management Senior Supervisor to lead the WFM team and support park operations. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling accuracy, and data-driven decision making using Quinyx and Power BI.

You will mentor staff, participate in hiring and training, and drive efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in WFM/ops/HR, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset in a fast-paced amusement park environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in workforce management, operations management, or HR role.
• Hospitality/amusement park experience a plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual skills are a plus.
