Job summary

CommentSold is seeking a Social Media & Content Analytics Manager to own measurement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. This role blends rigorous analytics with content execution and requires travel up to 50% to events in the Tri-State area.

You'll build dashboards, define KPIs, run experiments, and guide content decisions that drive brand awareness and conversions while collaborating with Growth and Marketing teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of social media marketing with a analytics focus.
• Experience with social analytics and reporting tools across platforms.
• Ability to build dashboards and translate data into insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own social media analytics end to end: define KPIs, dashboards, and weekly/monthly reports.
• Inform content strategy by analyzing performance and identifying what works.
• Set measurable objectives for campaigns and report against them.
• Connect social performance to downstream business outcomes like acquisition and revenue.
• Design, produce, and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
• Attend Tri-State area events for content capture and partnership representation.
• Collaborate with Growth/Marketing to maintain a data-informed content calendar.
• Be comfortable on camera and assist with content shoots as required.
• Maintain and engage CommentSold/Pop.Store social channels and respond to followers.
