CommentSold LLC is seeking a Social Media & Content Analytics Manager. This remote role with up to 50% travel in the Tri-State Area focuses on building measurement frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Travel to NYC-area events is required to collaborate with leadership and creators. You'll own analytics, set campaign objectives, and partner with Growth/Marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue attribution through

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing with a analytics focus.
• Experience with social analytics and reporting tools across platforms.
• Ability to build performance dashboards and translate data into insights.
• Deep understanding of metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation for social content.
• Experience creating paid social campaigns and optimizing budgets.
• Track record of campaigns for tech/ media, fashion, or beauty brands.
• Experience across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Own social media analytics end to end and build dashboards.
• Deliver regular performance readouts to marketing leadership.
• Inform content strategy with data insights across platforms.
• Set measurable objectives for campaigns and report results.
• Attend in-person events and shoots in Tri-State area.
• Design, produce, and edit content per brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Growth/Marketing to plan a data-driven content calendar.
• Maintain and engage CommentSold and Pop.Store social channels.
