Qualifications

• Minimum: High School diploma or GED and 3+ years’ relevant sales experience in a B2B environment, with 2+ years in new business development.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent educational level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the agreed local new business plan aligned with the region’s financial goals.
• Work with regional sales leaders on developing a comprehensive business development strategy.
• Leverage advanced analytics insights to prioritize opportunities and develop local strategy.
• Coordinate the proposal process for local contracts (LC2) addressing client needs and objectives.
• Build trust with prospects and shorten sales cycles through cross-functional collaboration.
