Job summary

Google is seeking a Product and Business Strategy Leader to head the Analytics and Reporting team for the Data Cloud organization in the US. You will drive data-driven decisions across engineering, product management, marketing, operations and finance.

This role requires leading teams, shaping strategic insights, and delivering high-impact analysis to guide product direction. The position initially focuses on defining success metrics, conducting cross-functional analyses and scaling insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• 12 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding.
• 3 years of experience managing or leading teams.
• Experience with the technical aspects of analytics, data science and statistical methodologies, data management, analytical and data visualization software tools.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and evolve product success metrics. Report, analyze and forecast trends of key product metrics and make recommendations to improve them.
• Provide thought leadership in defining, analyzing and validating key metrics and hypotheses to inform decision-making and measure the success of product teams.
• Work with large, complex data sets and develop solutions that can be executed for incremental business growth.
• Conduct work for end-to-end analysis. Translate business problems into tractable questions, process data and communicate results to inform direction.
• Develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to increase the velocity of investments and aid decision-making.
