Job summary

Google Cloud in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Senior Strategy and Operations Principal to drive enterprise-wide initiatives across accounts and regional sales. You will partner with executives, translate client needs into roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery with a data-driven approach.

You will work closely with Product and Engineering leadership, shaping strategy, operations, and communications to scale our enterprise portfolio, while aligning with Google’s vision and delivering measurable impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key proxy for the Data Cloud leadership in engaging with customers and field organizations.
• Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives, commitments, and action items from leadership reviews and customer engagements, ensuring timely completion.
• Translate customer feedback into technical gap analyses and collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to accelerate prioritization and roadmap decisions for exec stakeholders.
• Demonstrate execution discipline and follow-through.
• Leverage technical background to understand the Data Cloud product portfolio and help shape product positioning.
