Job summary

Google is seeking a Customer Engineering Manager for Data Analytics within the Google Cloud organization. You will lead a high-performing team of data analytics experts across multiple locations, driving architectural direction, implementation, and customer success in Financial Services use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing role.
• 5 years in pre-sales or field engineering leadership at an enterprise tech company or similar customer-facing experience.
• Experience with Financial Services industry or customers.
• Experience pitching a connected Data & AI story to C-level executives for Financial Services use cases with clear business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Analytics technical experts in a matrixed organization.
• Lead the region's Data Analytics technical community to ensure sub-regional contributions and scale.
• Influence cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, and manage C-level/IT decision maker relationships.
• Lead the team to demonstrate and prototype Agentic Data Cloud and AI products in customer environments.
• Coach teams to guide enterprise customers in leveraging unified data foundations for real-time AI experiences.
