OneMain Financial is seeking an Analytics Analyst to learn the business, develop strategic and analytical skills, and drive growth and customer outcomes. You’ll gain hands-on experience launching new products, shaping digital engagement, and optimizing workflows across 5,000+ branches while collaborating with experts in consumer lending.

You’ll apply strategic thinking, bear responsibility for data-driven projects, and contribute to a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Current Masters or Bachelor’s degree student with an expected graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027 in a technical discipline.
• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.
• Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data-driven problems.
• Proven experience working with diverse teams to deliver complex projects.

Requirements

• Current Masters or Bachelor’s degree student with an expected graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027 in a technical discipline (examples: Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Biostatistics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Data Analysis, Computer Science).
• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics and concepts to a non‑technical audience.
• Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data‑driven problems.
• Proven experience (in an academic, athletic, volunteer, or employment context) working with teams of diverse individuals to deliver complex projects.
