  • Current Masters or Bachelor’s degree student with an expected graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027 in a technical discipline (examples: Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Biostatistics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Data Analysis, Computer Science).
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics and concepts to a non‑technical audience.
  • Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data‑driven problems.

Analytics Analyst Location: Wilmington, DE; Charlotte, NC As an Analytics Analyst, you’ll learn our businesses and develop strategic and analytical skills as you drive company growth and customer outcomes. You’ll get hands‑on experience as you apply your talents, creativity, and passion to create innovative solutions to real‑world business opportunities such as launching a new auto loan product, designing our digital engagement strategy, optimizing the workflows for our 5,000+ branch team members, or developing new tools to help our customers when they need it most. No matter the projects, you’ll have the opportunity to explore, while learning from experts in consumer lending in a close‑knit team environment. Whether you want to develop your strategic thinking or grow your technical analytic skills, you’ll leverage the knowledge, skills, and perspectives gained from exposure across multiple disciplines to accelerate your career growth.

  • Proven experience (in an academic, athletic, volunteer, or employment context) working with teams of diverse individuals to deliver complex projects.
