• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics and concepts to a non‑technical audience.
• Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data‑driven problems.

Analytics Analyst Location: Wilmington, DE; Charlotte, NC As an Analytics Analyst, you’ll learn our businesses and develop strategic and analytical skills as you drive company growth and customer outcomes. You’ll get hands‑on experience as you apply your talents, creativity, and passion to create innovative solutions to real‑world business opportunities such as launching a new auto loan product, designing our digital engagement strategy, optimizing the workflows for our 5,000+ branch team members, or developing new tools to help our customers when they need it most. No matter the projects, you’ll have the opportunity to explore, while learning from experts in consumer lending in a close‑knit team environment.
