Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Tableau Account Executive for Higher Education (Community Colleges) to expand relationships and drive value across existing and new accounts. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and guide analytics discussions tied to Salesforce investments.

You will manage complex cycles, engage with C-level decision makers, coordinate resources, and execute territory plans to achieve quotas while advancing Tableau’s role in institutional analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management.
• Experience with enterprise accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and articulate value.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account.
• Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs.
• Assist with account planning and ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage complex sales-cycles and present to C-level executives the value proposition of Tableau.
• Define and complete territory/account sales plans and meet/exceed quotas.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline and move multiple opportunities through the pipeline.
