Remote position - Any US time zone is acceptable. Must be available for weekly team huddles on Mondays at 8am PT. Smartsheets experience is a plus.

Ideal candidate: Will support current and upcoming stability testing. Must hold a minimum of a B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. 2-3+ years of synthetic/small molecule analytical experience, preferring 5+ years of experience. Experience communicating with external and internal suppliers within a Contract Manufacturing Organization.

The Contract Development and Manufacturing organization seeks a highly qualified candidate to support analytical assay outsourcing related to external development and clinical supply. The role is key within a high-performing, cross-functional team. The associate will support analytical demand for assay execution concerning stability and development.

Requirements include an analytical background in drug substance/product testing, experience with small molecules (synthetics), and knowledge of stability testing for these products. Familiarity with ICH guidelines and GMP/GLP testing is essential.

The candidate must hold a minimum of a B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. Excellent communication skills are required for interaction with outsourced partners. Ability to multitask effectively.
