Schreiber Foods, Inc. seeks an entry-level Corporate Laboratory Technician in Green Bay, WI to perform analytical, microbiological, physical, and applications testing following documented methods.

You will support sample management, data recording, and reporting, contributing to quality and food safety initiatives. The role requires an Associate degree in a scientific field and 2+ years laboratory experience, with the ability to work weekends and up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Laboratory Experience.
• Good computer skills: Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory sample management: receiving, preparing, storage, and maintenance.
• Review requests and coordinate workload with partners to meet timelines.
• Perform analytical, microbiological, physical, and applications testing following methods.
• Prepare reports and documentation, ensure data quality and timely delivery.
• Provide training for interns or temporary staff.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the laboratory and manage inventory.
