Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of laboratory experience in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of analytical lab instrumentation (HPLC, GC, ICP-OES).
• Ability to follow instructions and produce accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing for vitamins and nutrients using HPLC and GC.
• Conduct ingredient analysis including titrations and moisture testing.
• Maintain documentation and housekeeping as required.
• Assist with compliance measures and safety procedures.
• Train new hires on lab methods when needed.
