Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 1 year of science studies and 1 year of math; 3+ years in a lab; instrumentation knowledge.
• Knowledge of analytical lab instrumentation (HPLC, GC, ICP) and titration methods; basic regulatory understanding.
• Ability to follow instructions, prepare simple reports, and document readings with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing for in-process and finished product using HPLC, GC, and ICP.
• Conduct ingredient analysis including titrations, moisture testing, and organoleptic assessments.
• Perform ELISA or allergen testing as required and document results.
• Assist in instrument maintenance, calibration issues, and shift communication.
• Train new hires on lab methods and provide day-to-day operation guidance.
