Job summary

Green Jeeva LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to support laboratory testing, sample prep, instrument operation and quality control activities. The role requires precise data handling, adherence to SOPs, and strong analytical thinking while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, FTIR, pH meters and dissolution equipment, maintaining audit-ready documentation and contributing to CAPA processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline preferred.
• Relevant laboratory training or practical experience in analytical testing and quality control desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and analytical testing of materials and finished products using appropriate laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Prepare samples, standards and reagents for analysis following established procedures.
• Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, pH meters and dissolution equipment as applicable.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot instruments to ensure reliable results.
• Support method verification, validation and optimization per approved protocols.
• Assist with stability studies and document analytical results.
• Review and record laboratory data ensuring traceability and data integrity.
• Maintain test records, notebooks, calibration logs, SOPs, validation documents, and reports.
• Follow GMP, GLP and established quality procedures.
• Assist investigations of OOS/OOT, deviations and CAPA as required.
• Maintain equipment and workspace in organized, compliant condition.
• Coordinate with QA, production, R&D and others to resolve issues and support quality objectives.
• Prepare laboratory records for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and sample turnaround time.
