Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Laboratory QA professional in California to ensure data integrity and adherence to cGMP. The role includes overseeing documentation, test methods, and equipment qualifications, while supporting new product transfers and ongoing investigations.

The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in sciences with lab experience and proficiency in HPLC, GC, CE, and UV analysis, and be capable of working in GMP-regulated environments with attention to detail and strong planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences with at least 3 years of lab experience.
• Experience with HPLC analytical methods; general chemistry knowledge essential.
• Experience in lab investigations, CAPA, Change Control.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand regulations and processes required to maintain Laboratory Data Integrity.
• Maintain and comply with Laboratory Documentation and Computerized Systems Data Integrity requirements.
• Responsible for timely completion of chemical/laboratory testing.
• Ensure test equipment is used and maintained correctly.
• Ensure in-process sampling and testing is completed on time.
• Maintain up-to-date, complete and precise records of all tests performed.
• Adhere to cGMP requirements.
• Assist in resolution of quality problems as required.
• Develop/update in-house laboratory procedures as appropriate.
• Support the transfer of new products.
• Adhere to and supports all EHS & E standards, procedures and policies
• Support the qualification of new laboratory equipment.
