Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology
• 4+ years of high complexity testing experience in a clinical lab
• Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, CAP, CLIA, and state regulators
• 1+ years leading or directing people/project teams

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA and regulations
• Develop day-to-day schedules and assign personnel
• Lead continuous improvement projects and validate new methodologies
• Coordinate instrument performance, calibration, maintenance and repair
• Manage laboratory budgets and resource allocation across projects
