Qualifications

• Doctoral, master’s, bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant laboratory science field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accessioning activities including sample receipt, accessioning, data entry and document management.
• Ensure department activities follow established policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor workload, adjust schedules and drive productivity and quality improvements.
• Develop training plans, conduct performance reviews and manage staffing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with IT, quality, customer service and other teams to resolve process issues.
• Support audits and maintain quality management documentation under CLIA, CAP, ISO.
