The role requires PhD/MS/BS with significant relevant experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work across teams to meet project milestones. Strong analytical techniques like GC/LC/LC-MS/MS are essential. On-site role in San Bernardino.

Responsabilidades

• Independently develop and implement analytical methods to quantify and characterize proprietary small molecules and oligonucleotides
• Understand project timelines and coordinate work with stakeholders
• Perform complex research lab assignments
• Prepare and present technical information at team meetings
• Hands-on experience with GC, LC, LC-MS/MS to support analysis
• Troubleshoot non-routine methods, instrumentation, or software issues
• Utilize systems (Compound Management, LIMs) to improve workflow
• Work cross functionally to build internal capabilities
• Represent functional area on cross functional teams communications milestones
• Participate in external collaborations to support method development and transfer
• Serve as a technical resource and trainer
