NJ Bio, Inc. in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Senior Scientist, Analytical to independently develop, optimize, troubleshoot, qualify and validate analytical methods across LC, mass spectrometry, icIEF, capillary electrophoresis, and other large- and small-molecule characterization platforms.

You will lead SME-level project tasks, author and review methods and reports, ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support bio-conjugates and ADC

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry or Biochemistry with 2–4 years’ experience, or Master’s with 5–7 years.
Proven track record in analytical method development and project leadership in pharma/biotech.
At least 1 year GMP experience.

Responsibilities

Independently develop, optimize, troubleshoot, qualify and validate analytical methods (LC/SEC/RP/IEX/HIC, MS, icIEF, CE).
Plan and lead projects as SME for analytical methods; drive timelines and client discussions.
Troubleshoot complex analytical problems; interpret data and maintain data integrity.
Author and review analytical methods, protocols, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to SOPs; maintain safety culture.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal/external teams and procurement as needed.
