Qualifications

• Advanced Degree (PhD) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or Biochemistry with 0–3 years in pharma development.
• MS/BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or Biochemistry with 3–5+ years in pharma development.
• "A strong foundation in clinical‑phase development and analytical characterization of drug products, including biologics and other complex modalities."
• "In‑depth knowledge of biopharmaceutical and/or medical product regulation, analytical methods development for small and large molecules."

Responsibilities

• Leads Analytical Development activities as technical lead and SME for method development and testing.
• Supports complex formulation and process development with senior scientists.
• Executes method development and transfer to meet milestones without supervision.
• Develops phase‑appropriate analytical strategies aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Provides training on analytical methods to junior scientists.
