Job summary

ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Scientist II, Analytical Development to advance analytical and bioanalytical methods for drug products. You will design experiments, qualify and validate assays, and transfer methods to QC, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Master's degree and at least five years of related experience; PhD candidates may have three years. Strong data analysis, GMP awareness, and ability to communicate findings are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a scientific discipline.
• Five years of related experience with a Master's degree; PhD holders require three years.
• Expert knowledge of scientific principles and concepts expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, validate analytical and bioanalytical methods and transfer to QC.
• Design experiments and write protocols for assay qualification and development.
• Perform assays or supervise analysts for qualification/validation work.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to management or external clients.
• Analyze experimental data with appropriate statistical tools and report results.
• Review cGMP documentation generated by others when necessary.
• Analyze samples to provide information on compounds or quantities present.
• Use chromatography, spectroscopy, ELISA, and potentiometry techniques.
