Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field with 0–3 years in biologics analytical development.
• Master’s degree in biology with 3+ years in biopharma.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in biopharma.
• Experience in analytical cell lines and potency/functional assays.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and lifecycle management of mammalian analytical cell lines.
• Develop and validate cell-based bioassays and transfers.
• Evaluate assay performance and data integrity.
• Mentor associates and collaborate across teams.
• Translate MOA into cell-based designs.
