Job summary

Asimov in Boston is seeking a Senior Scientist to lead analytical development for antibodies and formats such as bispecifics, Fc-fusions, and multispecifics. You will design experiments, generate actionable results, and drive project decisions with data-driven insights.

You will mentor junior scientists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate progress and risks transparently, and apply HPLC/UPLC, MS, CE, and related techniques to address evolving therapeutic programs.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS with relevant biopharma analytical experience and 4+ / 7+ years respectively.
• Hands-on method development across diverse antibody formats (bispecifics, Fc‑fusions, etc.).
• Knowledge of analytical strategies for protein characterization and format‑specific architectures.
• Strong collaboration and clear data‑driven communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development for key antibody projects and related therapeutics.
