Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• MS with 12+ years; BS with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Significant experience in peptide and/or biologics therapeutics and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development strategy for peptide intermediates, DS, and DP across all development stages.
• Oversee method development, qualification, transfer, and validation (HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, peptide mapping).
• Manage CDMOs and external testing partners; review data and regulatory documents.
• Design and oversee stability programs and regulatory submissions support.
• Collaborate with Process Development, Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.
