Job summary

CordenPharma Colorado is seeking a Director of Analytical Research & Development to lead analytical method development and validation for peptide APIs. You will guide strategy, build capabilities, and ensure high-quality deliverables for complex programs in a CDMO environment.

The role requires deep expertise in analytical techniques, strong leadership, and a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration to meet regulatory timelines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry or related field with 15 years of API/peptide experience.
• Experience leading analytical development and validation of methods.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and operational leadership for Analytical R&D projects.
• Develop and validate analytical methods for peptides APIs.
• Lead tech transfer and qualification efforts for analytical methods.
• Ensure GMP/regulatory compliance across site operations.
• Mentor and develop group members.
