CordenPharma Colorado is seeking a Director, Analytical Research & Development to lead the Analytical R&D Department, drive method development and validation for peptide programs, and align with site strategy.

This senior role requires hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of HPLC, UPLC, LCMS/MS and related techniques, and the ability to manage large teams in a CDMO environment while delivering on regulatory timelines.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry with 15+ years in API/peptide analytics and CMC expertise.
• Experience leading analytical development teams in CDMO settings.
• Proven track record delivering validation and tech transfers on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analytical R&D portfolio and ensure budget/timeline adherence.
• Direct method development, validation, transfer, and regulatory support.
• Drive long-term analytical strategies aligned with development programs.
• Represent Analytical R&D in cross-functional leadership and customer meetings.
