• Develop and optimize analytical methods to measure purity, potency, and quality attributes of small molecule drug substances and intermediates.
• Select and implement analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, NMR, MS) to support development and transfer methods to GMP labs.
• Assess material stability under stressed conditions to evaluate degradation.
• Collaborate with synthetic chemists and process engineers to ensure methods guide development and manufacturing testing.
• Perform lab work with emphasis on safety and scientific rigor.
• Demonstrate strong communication to represent technical and business implications of findings.
