You will coordinate contractor invoicing, verify work completion, maintain SES and ensure costs are properly allocated to work orders in the Work Order Management System.

The role emphasizes financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional communication with field teams, engineering, operations and finance. Strong Excel/Word skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to assimilate data from multiple sources and organize action plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor invoices with field supervisors and verify accuracy.
• Create and maintain Service Entry Sheets (SES) for invoice matching.
• Close work orders with complete, accurate documentation and system data.
• Prepare periodic reports for Operations, Engineering, Sales and Finance.
• Assist engineering with permitting applications and compliance records.
