Job summary

Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. seeks a seasoned professional to manage measurement systems and field service across a geographic area, coordinating technicians and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor degree (or equivalent in gas industry), 5+ years of senior responsibility in system protection, CDL Class A, and GIS mapping experience. You will partner with engineering on capital projects, oversee SCADA and gas control activities, and ensure safety standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in gas industry or related field.
• 5+ years of senior level responsibility in system protection and reliability preferred.
• Class A CDL required; knowledge of Dig Track program; GIS mapping experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor autogenerated work orders and plant maintenance orders.
• Create and assign work orders; ensure timely completion and proper resourcing.
• Oversee maintenance of regulator stations and SCADA data checks for pressure issues.
• Coordinate with engineering on capital work for system improvements and reliability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely monthly reporting; manage budget invoices.
