Job summary

Yazaki North America in El Paso, TX is seeking a data-driven warehouse data analyst to compile, analyze, and schedule activities and complete departmental documentation. This role supports management with data insights, process improvements, and coordination across teams.

Qualified candidates will have high school or GED, forklift certification may be required, and 4+ years in warehouse or data analysis. Travel and on-call as needed; ability to lift up to 30 lbs. On-site role in El Paso, TX.

Position Summary

Responsible for compiling data, analyzing that data, and making schedules and adjustments as needed. Responsible for completion of required departmental documentation.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinates and inputs related department data for both on and off sight activities
• Reports collected data as required by management or related department to assist in planning associate work schedules
• Communicates regularly with individuals inside and outside of department
• Reads and analyzes spreadsheets
• Processes, performs, and completes multiples of paperwork and tasks
• Identifies root cause of failures in department processes and procedures
• Assists in the promotion of an orderly workflow
• Provides help, guidance and training in established processes, procedures, and technical applications
• Knowledge of systems and tools required to perform job
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Accepts additional responsibilities in the absence of the department Team Lead or Supervisor
• Assists management in meeting corporate and departmental goals and objectives
• Supports corporate policies and departmental policies
• Supports EMS/QMS policies and procedures
• Supports health and safety policies
• Associate must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Degree Requirements

High School graduate or GED equivalent

Certification Requirements

Forklift Certification may be required

Previous Experience

A minimum of 4 years warehouse and or data analysis experience preferred
