SUMMARY

SABG is seeking an Analyst (Intermediate) to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in Huntsville, Alabama. This position will support Agency Executives and Senior Leaders with day-to-day mission planning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist DT Directorate with Strategic Planning activities.
  • Provide high-level customer support and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Review staff packages for DT Front Office approval, including editing for relevance and accuracy.
  • Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations, documents, and Talking Points for the Director and staff, with an understanding of BMDS Testing.
  • Create and edit Weekly and Monthly Reports for senior staff.
  • Coordinate personnel movements and space allocation within DT using PRIDE and WITS systems.
  • Manage personnel arrivals, departures, transfers, and relocations.
SUPERVISION

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must understand contract administration, support stakeholder requirements, and work well in a team environment to solve complex problems. The following are required:

  • BA/BS with 3 years’ experience, AA with 4 years’ experience, or 10 years’ experience in administrative/business fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • At least 2 years supporting CEO-level military equivalents (SES or Flag Officers).
  • Experience in office operations, mission planning, and executive support.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of government travel, scheduling, classified correspondence, and task management systems.
  • Understanding of MDA mission, missile testing, and related facilities is a plus.
