Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Learning Development Analyst to design and maintain training programs that build capability across the organization. You will partner with SMEs to analyze needs and deliver instructor-led, online, and blended learning solutions.

You will apply adult-learning principles, create CBT/WBT content using eLearning platforms and Articulate Storyline, and ensure training aligns with business objectives. The role offers a hybrid work model with strong development focus.

Qualifications

  • Related university degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • 2 years’ experience in learning and development or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze learning needs and develop instructor-led, computer-based, and web-based training solutions that align with business objectives and identified training requirements.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain training materials that meet established instructional design and development standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, and ensure learning objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, project activities, and training development milestones to support successful program delivery.
  • Utilize instructional technologies and learning development tools, including eLearning platforms, to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend enhancements to learning programs and materials.

What You Will Do:

Who You Are:

Related university degree and 2 years’ experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.

Previous directly related experience in learning and development, instructional design, training development, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to quickly evaluate information, respond to questions, and develop effective solutions.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience applying InfoMapping principles and tools.

Experience developing computer-based training (CBT) and web-based training (WBT).

Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning development platforms.

Experience supporting large-scale learning initiatives or corporate training programs.

Working Conditions:

Office-based role with 76% to 100% of work performed in an office environment.

Regular collaboration with internal stakeholders, instructors, and subject matter experts.

Occasional flexibility may be required to support project timelines and training delivery schedules.

Ranges from $$65,800 - $88,700USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
