Job Description And Duties

Effective July 1, 2025, in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit 1 , and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by three percent and will receive five PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through December 2026. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes.

Analyst II

Under the direction of the Supervisor I, Classification and Pay (C&P), the Analyst II provides exceptional customer service and expertise on a full range of the more complex and sensitive issues related to C&P.

Analyst I

Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, Classification and Pay (C&P), the Analyst I is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise on less complex issues related to C&P.

This position is located in Human Resources (HR), which delivers innovative programs and services that attract, cultivate, and serve a diverse, highly-qualified workforce. California Correctional Health Care Services’ HR professionals provide outstanding customer service, provide tools and resources for job development and advancement, and ensure fairness and accuracy in all aspects of HR.
