SGS Consulting is seeking a data analyst to review weekly reports, analyze data, and identify trends for process improvement. You will create operational tickets and track progress with cross-functional teams.

You will present findings to stakeholders, maintain logs and dashboards, and ensure timely resolution of issues while supporting audit reporting and leadership needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and ticket management.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and ticketing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Review weekly operational and performance reports for accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend and support implementation of process changes based on insights.
• Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Create operational tickets based on identified issues or stakeholder requests.
• Track tickets from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely updates and follow-through.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and close tickets efficiently.
• Maintain a running log of all tickets, including creation date, status, progression notes, and final outcomes.
• Ensure logs are updated regularly and accessible for reporting and audit purposes.
• Provide summaries or dashboards of ticket activity to leadership as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities and execution.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Organize and facilitate discussions to resolve issues and drive improvements.
