Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking motivated, self-driven analysts for its global security operations, dedicated to protecting organizations against advanced threats. The role involves real-time detection, incident handling, and collaboration with customers to remediate and improve security postures.

A BA/BS in a related field is required, with strong emphasis on incident response, forensic analysis, and scripting. Candidates must be willing to work a 4x10 schedule and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on incident response across hosts and customer environments.
• Experience applying MITRE ATT&CK to investigations.
• Familiarity with forensic tools and malware analysis.
• Experience with Windows internals, macOS, or Linux.
• Experience with SIEMs and log analysis.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to work 4x10 schedule and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.
• Analyze telemetry, logs, and artifacts to determine root cause and remediation.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 activity, contain threats, and guide customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Improve incident detection processes and countermeasures.
• Deliver clear customer communications during incident response.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal findings for customers and internal teams.
