Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated analyst to triage and respond to detections across endpoints, identity, and cloud. You will investigate telemetry, assess root causes, and provide targeted remediation guidance to customers.

Applicants should have incident response experience, malware analysis skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. A BA/BS in a relevant field is required; US citizenship or GC participation is required for this role.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher in CS/InfoSec or related field.
• Experience across incident response, threat hunting, and SIEM tooling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Triaging, investigating, and responding to detections across endpoints and cloud environments.
• Analyze telemetry to determine root cause and remediation steps.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity and contain threats.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Improve incident detection processes and countermeasures.
• Deliver clear customer communications during incident response.
• Prepare high-quality findings and recommendations for customers and internal teams.
