Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking an HR Data Management Analyst to support a major enterprise transformation as the organization transitions to Oracle Fusion. This role emphasizes data integrity, HRIS proficiency, and accurate employee records within a global HR framework.

You will collaborate with HR Operations and Data Management teams, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to large-scale HR technology projects guiding international HR processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems is required.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
• Knowledge of international HR compliance and governance preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Oracle Fusion is a plus.

• Pay Rate Range - $40-44/HR on W2

• Partner with global HR teams to maintain data integrity
• Troubleshoot HR system issues
• Manage employee record
• Support key workforce initiatives.
• You’ll work closely with HR Operations and Data Management teams while gaining exposure to large-scale HR technology projects.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems required
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes
• Knowledge of international HR compliance and governance preferred
