Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or related field.
• 60 hours of course credit AND currently enrolled in college working towards degree.
• Experience as a financial/analyst in field supporting and providing technical and analytical solutions. SAP, PeopleSoft, or Hyperion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes and distributes financial and statistical reports, including variance explanations using cost tracing and root-cause analysis.
• Prepares schedules and supporting documents for external audits and other key Financial Services initiatives.
• Updates department dashboards, calculating ratios and graphing trends.
• Monitors benchmarks and analyzes variances to those benchmarks.
• Performs reconciliations and financial data analysis to ensure data accuracy.
• Evaluates and recommends policies and procedures that comply with accounting standards and regulatory bodies.
• Performs technical research and writes position papers to document policies and procedures.

• Provides a high degree of service to internal customers by responding to financial and operating questions. Performs other project and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Working Environment

• Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi- functioning printer and calculator. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events.

Physical Demands
