Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 60+ credits with pursuit of degree
• 2 years of experience with financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliations
• Experience preparing financial reports and variance analysis
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and cost tracing
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to support internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial and statistical reports
• Perform variance analysis and identify root causes of financial trends
• Complete account reconciliations and financial data validation
• Support annual external audits through preparation of schedules and supporting documentation
• Maintain and update departmental dashboards, ratios, and trend reporting
• Monitor benchmarks and analyze performance variances
• Conduct technical accounting and financial research
• Draft position papers and document accounting procedures
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements and policy enhancements
• Communicate financial concepts and findings to stakeholders across the organization
• Respond to internal customer inquiries regarding financial and operational matters
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
