Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: Westchester, Los Angeles, CA

Pay: $32-$34/hr

Duration: 3 Month Contract with Potential Extension

Schedule: Hybrid (WFH Fridays)

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a growing finance team. This role will focus on collections, deductions, account reconciliations, and managing a high-volume AR portfolio.

Must Have:

• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong collections and deductions experience
• SAP experience REQUIRED
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process

Nice to Have:

• Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with customer portals
• Trade spend deductions
• Food, manufacturing, or CPG industry experience

Additional Information:

• Candidates must complete an Excel assessment as part of the interview process.
• Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Opportunity to support an upcoming SAP S4 implementation project.
