What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the execution of employee, patient, and physician experience survey programs globally
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Qualtrics, managing survey configurations and data integration
- Design measurement tools to collect and analyze experience data, providing actionable insights
- Conduct robust data analysis and link experience data to internal HR and business data sources
- Develop executive summaries and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field required; PhD preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a consulting role preferred, focusing on employee experience or analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop professional relationships across all business levels
- Proven ability to use statistical analysis and business knowledge to solve problems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Qualtrics required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience managing small projects or components of medium/large projects
- Proficiency in statistical/programming languages such as R or Python
- Experience with business intelligence/visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing techniques
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to create visually appealing summaries
