What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the execution of employee, patient, and physician experience initiatives globally
- Design and execute various experience survey programs, including employee engagement and patient satisfaction surveys
- Serve as a Qualtrics subject matter expert, managing survey configurations and user access
- Consult with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop tools to measure attitudes and behaviors
- Analyze data to uncover trends and present key findings to business stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field required; PhD preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a consulting role focused on employee listening/experience and/or people analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to utilize statistical analysis and analytics to solve business problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating visually appealing summaries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing small projects or components of larger projects
- Proficiency in statistical/programming languages such as R or Python
- Familiarity with business intelligence/visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced skills in Qualtrics and Natural Language Processing
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate findings
