What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the execution of employee, patient, and physician experience survey programs globally
- Serve as a Qualtrics subject matter expert, managing survey configurations and user access
- Consult with stakeholders to understand business challenges and determine necessary data
- Design measurement tools to assess employee, patient, and physician experiences
- Conduct analysis of data to identify trends and inform actionable insights for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field required; PhD preferred
- 1+ years of work experience in a consulting role focusing on employee listening/experience and/or people analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop professional relationships at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to use statistical analysis and business knowledge to solve problems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Qualtrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing small projects or components of medium/large projects
- Proficient in at least one statistical/programming language (e.g., R, Python)
- Familiarity with business intelligence/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Natural Language Processing proficiency
- Strong presentation skills
