What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the execution of employee, patient, and physician experience work globally
- Design and execute employee and patient experience survey programs
- Serve as a Qualtrics subject matter expert, managing surveys and data integration
- Consult with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop actionable insights
- Analyze data and develop visualizations to communicate findings to business stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field required; PhD preferred
- 1+ years of work experience in a consulting role preferred, focusing on employee listening/experience and/or people analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build professional relationships
- Proven ability to use statistical analysis and business knowledge to address problems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Qualtrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing small projects or components of medium/large projects
- Proficiency with business intelligence/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in designing tools that measure attitudes and behaviors
- Familiarity with at least one statistical/programming language (e.g., R, Python)
- Natural Language Processing proficiency
