What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the execution of employee, patient, and physician experience survey programs globally
- Serve as a Qualtrics subject matter expert, managing survey configurations and data integrations
- Design tools such as surveys and focus groups to measure employee and patient experiences
- Analyze data to identify actionable insights and develop presentations for stakeholders
- Drive adoption of analytics tools and dashboards through user training and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field required; PhD preferred
- 1+ years of work experience in a consulting role, focusing on employee listening/experience and/or people analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to use statistical analysis to solve business problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing small projects or components of medium/large projects
- Proficiency in at least one statistical/programming language (e.g., R, Python)
- Experience with business intelligence/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Natural Language Processing proficiency
- Strong presentation skills
